Paradise
Indian Restaurant started
operating in February 2001 at the scenic Wheelers Hill Shopping
Centre. Two professionals Mr Robert Rabel who manages the Restaurant
and Mr Shiva Kolambe who is the Chef formed it.
The Paradise Indian Restaurant
has been awarded the 2005 Golden Plate award as the overall
winner in the Restaurant category from the City of Monash. They
have also been included in the prestigious Good Food Guide and
cheap eats published by the ˇ§Ageˇ¨. It is also listed in the
Foodies guide of Melbourne. The Herald Sun has graded the Paradise
Indian Restaurant as one of the best five take-aways in Melbourne.

Robert
Rabel
manages the Paradise Indian Restaurant. Robert has an experience
of 35 years, having worked in the capacity of Restaurant manager
in five star hotels in India, the Middle East and in Melbourne.
His knowledge, courtesy, customer service and professionalism
is evident in the smooth seamless operation of the very busy
100-seater restaurant.

Shiva
Kolambe
is an extremely talented and experienced Chef in both North and
South Indian cuisine. He has an experience of 37 years, having
worked in Five Star hotels and reputed Restaurants in India, Singapore
and Melbourne. His flair of producing authentic, tasty dishes
have been recognised by awards received at many competitions.
People travel from distances on a Sunday morning to experience
Paradiseˇ¦s South Indian brunch buffet, which is from 11am to
3pm. Rava dosa and the one metre long paper dosa are his specialities. |
